I have been staying in hotel Saurabh from many years - Parking 3.5 stars Ambience - 4 stars Room size - 4.5 stars Washroom hygiene: 3.5 stars Hot water takes times - 3 stars Food : 5 stars Buffet restaurant : 4 stars Service : 4 stars Kettle for hot water and tea and coffee sachet including 2 medium water bottles available Overall rating : 4 stars ( would have given 3.9 )

I have asked for water bottle and they charged rs 50 for a bottle on which mrp was 20 rs over 50 rs they have also charged gst. How can they charge 50 rs for a bottle on which mrp is 20.

Nice location. Good food quality but little costly. Car parking space is also available. Lift was not working during the stay.

Very bad experience, lift was out of service, allotted rooms on second floor, paneer used in pakoda was too hard and bad in quality. I cannot recommend anyone for staying in this hotel.
